My journey becoming an award-winning
creative design professional
As someone with a hands-on approach my experiences include working across the professional services, finance, tech and consumer goods industries. My contributions have involved billion dollar brands at P&G while managing my own consultancy, creating large-scale campaigns, and achieving award-winning experience managing the EY brand during my tenure with the firm. As a graduate of Squared Online by Google, I am also a certified Digital Marketing Professional.
I am a visual thinker, designer, story teller, communicator and problem solver with a focus on digital brand and design, delivering creative ideas that disrupt, transform and innovate. Based at EY’s Global Headquarters in London, I deliver end-to-end design projects across various media types, screens, formats and technologies as well as leading, collaborating with global teams to develop visual strategies from pixel to print. With a focus on our top tier customers I have a deep experience in senior stakeholder management and exceptional customer care.
My art direction, design skills, management and creativity have contributed to many of the great successes for EY with major client wins, global brand campaign launches as well as brand sustainability. I have a background of branding that includes visual strategy, digital design, animation, design direction, illustration, marketing, video, and photography direction, campaign pitches and project management skills. The foundation of my skills and experience began while serving in the U.S. Air Force Intelligence Agency where I concluded my service as a veteran of Operation Desert Shield / Desert Storm. My Honor Graduate Degree, Summa Cum Laude in Graphic Design is from the USAF Visual Information Academy in Colorado.
Outside of my day job I also serve as a champion for diversity, equity, and inclusion, previously as Co-Chair of Unity, EY's LGBT+ network and currently an ambassador. I work with firm leaders, external leaders, and community businesses to support and further efforts as part of the firm's DE&I strategy. The impact and influence of individuals and organisations have resulted in growth and better relationships across the local and global community. My global reach includes consulting on the branding for the Australian Marriage Equality campagin as well. Additionally, I serve as a member of the ID Global Leaders Panel at ID Inclusion, volunteer as the brand coordinator for The P3 Network and Co-Chair Emeritus of the InterBank LGBT+ Financial Services Forum.
